How To Make
1) Simmer the chopped up berries and apple in a pan, with a few tablespoons of water for roughly 5 to 10 minutes, until the fruit is softened.
2) Meanwhile combine the Whey, Oats, Coconut Oil and Stevia in a bowl.
3) Add the fruit to ramekins and top with crumble mixture.
4) Finally, bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
