Ingredients

2 Scoops Optimum Nutrition Whey – Chocolate

150g Oats

100g Meridian Peanut Butter

150ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

15g Golden Syrup or Honey

50g White Chocolate Chips

Toppings

25g Dark Chocolate

25g White Chocolate

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients (Oats, Whey) into a large bowl, then add the peanut butter, almond milk and golden syrup/honey.

Then stir in the white chocolate chips and spread evenly onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, make sure you spray the paper with a non-stick cooking spray.

Leave in the fridge to chill for 30 mins while you pre heat your oven to 190.

Once chilled, bake for 12-15mins depending on how thick you have spread your mixture.

Finally, simply melt your topping chocolate into the microwave and decorate the top of your flapjacks.

Cut into portions and serve!
