Grenade Carb Killa Freak Shake!

So, we’ve all heard about the deliciously indulgent ‘Freak Shakes’ that are bombarding our social media newsfeeds if we follow anything food related.

These outrageous shakes often are packed full of calories, sugar and incredibly high in fat, however, we have come up with a lower calorie alternative, that’s also low in sugar and high in protein whilst also still having a great taste!

We partnered with Grenade to bring you a great tasting recipe that you can make at home with ease and with just a handful of ingredients.

Calories – 415

Protein – 35g

Carbs – 25g

Sugars – 8g

Fat – 21g

Ingredients

Grenade Carb Killa Shake – Peanut Nutter

Handful of Ice Cubes

Grenade Carb Killa Go Nuts – Salted Peanut

Reduced Fat Squirty Cream

Chocolate Sauce, Cocoa Powder

Directions

The method for this shake could not be simpler!

Simply add your Carb Killa Shake and ice into a blender, blend until a smooth milkshake consistency.

Then pour into a glass container and add your toppings.

I used squirty cream, cocoa powder, chocolate sauce and the new Carb Killa Go Nuts bar for my toppings, but you can use your imagination and use things like chocolate rice cakes or fresh fruit.

You can go wild with the toppings, however please note that this will vastly increase the calorie count and sugar content of your shake.
