Product of the Week: CNP Pro Pump Evo

As you may have noticed, CNP had a huge revamp this year (2018) in line with their 20 year anniversary of dominating the UK supplement scene. New formulas, a new logo, sleek new packaging- you name it!

"Muscle Memory. Muscle Future."

One of the products we were most looking forward to trying was the new and improved Pro Pump product. This went down a storm at BodyPower Expo and has been attracting plenty of positive reviews already

Pro Pump is essentially a non-stimulant pre-workout. The benefits of this including no crash or negative impact on sleep. It is perfect for those who train on an evening or don't respond well to caffeine.

So, how does it work?

Rather than just loading your system with short term energy and cheap stims, Pro Pump uses scientifically backed ingredients to give you an insane pump by boosting nitric oxide and increasing blood flow to the working muscle as well as reducing tiredness and fatigue so that you may aquire more volume in a session (training longer and harder).

Review

This is my current favorite product to use pre-workout. Personally, 1/3-1/2 of a serving is ideal for me to reap the benefits and save a few calories, however I would recommend starting out with the recommended serving size, especially for a larger individual, to assess your own tolerance.

The only side effect which you may perhaps want to be aware of is a slight 'pins and needles' tingling feeling as the pump ingredients kick in. I find that this gives a much more pleasant kick than stimulant based pre-workouts which can cause a sick or anxious feeling in some individuals.

I would recommend the Cherryade and Cola for taste!

Currently priced at £24.98 for a 20 serving tub.
