What you'll need:

Method:

  1. Heat the pan to a high temperature on the hob
  2. In the meantime, transfer two of the macro muffin mixtures into the same pot and add water amount suggested to create a batter which can be poured
  3. Coat the pan with a low calorie spray and pour desired amount of mixture into the pan
  4. Allow the edges to cook a little before you loosen them with a spatula, the pancake is ready to be flipped when the top is bubbling
  5. Serve as you desire!
