Brother Nature Superfood Protein Brownies

Brother Nature Nutrition Superfood is one of the most impressive products that I have come across in a long time. I was lucky enough to have been sent some samples of their products, and took the opportunity to design a healthy recipe which is low effort and cheap to make!

The powder alone contains B Vitamins, Vitamin C, D, E, K, Zinc Magnesium, superfoods and flaxseed along with a hefty 34g protein per serving. As not everyone likes the taste of greens drinks, this recipe is suitable for health conscious individuals and children alike.

Ingredients (to make 4 large brownies)

  • 70g Brother Nature Superfood powder
  • 10g hot chocolate/cocoa powder
  • 20g dark chocolate
  • 40g crunchy peanut butter
  • 350g sweet potato
  • 50g banana

I also added chocolate stevia drops, cinnamon and a little ginger

above: exactly how I logged this into MyFitnessPal

  1. Boil sweet potatoes until soft then blend completely with banana to a baby food texture
  2. Mix in the peanut butter then dry ingredients
  3. Add ready prepared chocolate chips or just crumble a bar into small chunks and add
  4. Pour into desired tray and bake at 200 degrees for around 20 minutes!
  5. Can be eaten warm, with ice cream as a treat, or cooled and stored in the fridge as a healthy, on the go snack!
