Guinness Protein Pancakes - St Patrick's Day

Why not give these St Patrick's Day themed delights a try? They're tasty, packed full of fibre and are a great healthy snack alternative!


80g Oats (blended to a flour consistency)

60g of Protein powder

30g of Coconut Flour

1 Egg

1 Banana

120g Fat Free Cottage Cheese

170ml Guinness (add a little extra if the mixture is too thick)

25g Cocoa Powder

1 ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Heat your pan, spray with low-cal cooking spray and pour in the required amount of mixture and cook on both sides until golden.
