PROTEIN YUM: Blueberry & Cranberry Chocolate Squares

Ingredients

50g dried cranberries

50g dried blueberries

100g pitted dates

50g (1 scoop) PhD Nutrition Diet Whey Belgian Chocolate

100g almonds, chopped

 

Method

  • Simply mix all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Press the mixture into a small, lined tray.
  • Decorate with melted dark chocolate (optional) and then leave in the fridge overnight to set, before cutting into 9 squares.
