PROTEIN YUM: Sour Apple BCAA Recovery Lollys



½ cup coconut water

1½ scoops Sour Apple BCAA

1 tablespoon lime juice


  1. In a mini blender, add the coconut water, BCAAs and lime juice. Blend for 5 seconds.
  2. Pour into 2 lolly molds and freeze for 6-8 hours, or until frozen.
