PROTEIN YUM: Protein Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats


⅓ cup gluten-free oats

1½ tablespoons ground flax

1 scoop vanilla Protein Dynamix DynaPro Anytime 

¼ teaspoon stevia

¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk - (or coconut milk)

2 tablespoons canned pumpkin

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips

1 mason jar


  1. In a Mason jar, add the oats, flax, protein powder, sweetener, and pumpkin pie spice. Place lid on top and shake well.
  2. Open lid and stir in the milk and pumpkin (and extract, if using). Top with chocolate chips. Seal jar and place in fridge overnight.
