Easy to make and great to enjoy. This Protein Berry Crumble recipe includes some great natural ingredients plus Pharma Whey (PhD Nutrition) and Coconut Oil (provided by Dr Zak's). Let's get started:


> 90g of Mixed Berries
> 1 Apple
> 1 Scoop of Strawberry flavour PhD Nutrition Pharma Whey HT+
> 30g of Oats
> 1 Tablespoon of Stevia
> 1 Tablespoon of melted Dr Zak's Coconut Oil

How To Make

Berry Crumble Recipe Berry Crumble in Ramekins


1) Simmer the chopped up berries and apple in a pan, with a few tablespoons of water for roughly 5 to 10 minutes, until the fruit is softened.

2) Meanwhile combine the Whey, Oats, Coconut Oil and Stevia in a bowl.

3) Add the fruit to ramekins and top with crumble mixture.

4) Finally, bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
