  • 1 scoop of PhD Diet Whey (Vanilla Flavour)
  • 3 egg whites
  • Half cup of oatmeal (uncooked)
  • Half medium rip banana
  • Half cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder

Blueberry Protein Pancake Directions:

  • Blend uncooked oatmeal until it becomes fine or use micro oats
  • Add banana, eggs, protein powder and baking powder then blend until smooth
  • Throw blueberries in to the batter and mix using a spoon
  • Place in a small non-stick frying pan on medium to high heat and measure out approx a quarter of a cup of mix per pancake
  • Cook them for about 45 seconds to 1 minute on the first side and then about 30-45 seconds on the other side
  • Enjoy
