Amy Hills - PhD Diet Whey Review!

Working long days, full time from 8am - 6pm with a half hour break can make it really hard to keep the meals up, protein up and keep my metabolism going.

I find the PhD Diet Whey shakes are great for a quick and easy filling shake in between patients, plus it's high in protein & contains the benefits of all the other ingredients included too.

These shakes are by far my favourite product. Not only are they tasty, filling, high in protein and quick, but there's a huge choice of flavours making it like a treat mid morning!



My favourite flavour is the chocolate orange! :)
