Workout Of The Week

This week I am travelling to London to do a photo shoot with Men's Fitness and the entire feature is related to putting workouts together which don't take long yet totally demolish you! With that said, what better workout to do the trick than a spot of Tabata style training? Haven't got long? You don't need it, how does 4 minutes sound?

Deadlifts 30 seconds

15 seconds rest

Repeat for 4 minutes!
