50g oats

100g pineapple

2 scoops of vanilla PhD Pharma Gain

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon crunchy natural peanut butter

1 tablespoon natural (no added sugar) coconut flesh


1/2 glass orange juice


That equates to a monstrous volume of calories, getting it in!
