Adam Gethin's Recipe of the Week

Having read my Tip of the Week you may think I am a bit of a Scrooge! This is not the case, and I hope my recipe for this week reflects that. I am all about enjoying your meals as an athlete, remember this is a long term lifestyle NOT a 'diet' so you have to enjoy what you eat.

With a touch of the festive bug beginning to kick in, here is my recipe of the week.

200g turkey breast seasoned with mixed herbs and Thyme - grilled until the skin is nicely browned

250g potato cut into wedges and coated with extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with sea salt - baked in the oven until the skin is crispy

1 chopped carrot and 100g of broccoli steamed

Serve with Coleman's Instant chicken gravy which has almost no fat or carbs!
