Adam Gethin's Recipe of the Week!

Diet is the single most important aspect of attaining a ''Hollywood'' physique, period! However, many people struggle to stick to a diet simply because their food is so bland and boring! No longer does this have to be the case.

Here is my 'FitMag recipe of the Week!'

Smoothies are one of best tasting things you can make, they just send happiness through your body! They also send muscle bulging, fat busting nutrients through your body if you know how to make them properly!

60g oats

1/2 banana

3 strawberries

50g blueberries

2 tablespoons of strawberry pro-biotic yogurt

2 scoops of vanilla whey isolate (Gaspari Intrapro)


1 cup of water

1 cup of apple juice

Add to a blender and hit the 'make me a smoothie' button!

Last off-season I would have two of these a day, one for breakfast and one immediately after training! This smoothie tastes better than anything else you have tasted, it is lock 'n' loaded with fresh ingredients! Make this your breakfast and post-workout choice this winter!
