This is the first time that I have used creatine over Whey powders and I think I will using it in the forseen future too. It is very cheap for value and I still have more than half a tub remaining after 2 months, on the recommendation of using one scoop per day (5 grams recommended daily. Very easy to use, it is tasteless which isn't a problem for me.
