One scoop (you can take upto two) is enough to give me increased energy and focus within 15 minutes after taking it and sustains the levels during my workout with no crash afterwards.
The price is fantastic for 40 servings as most preworkout a offer only 30 servings.
Be careful if your a coffee/redbull drinker as due to its potency it states you mustn't drink other caffeine sources 12hours prior to taking this.
