Muscle Mousse dessert mousse can be enjoyed at any time of the day and also makes a great night time treat before bed.
Mix 50 g in 150 ml water and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Although it's slightly gritty when set, it's still very nice. Mixed with 150ml of water (or milk) it doesn't seem like much, but it's very filling. It can also be used as a normal protein shake if you want. I got the white chocolate flavour and it's very nice. - Delivery Info
