Q: How do I shop online with Monster?
A: You can browse via goal, category or jump straight to you favourite brand. Shopping is easy and help and advice is always at hand on our free phone number. Once you have viewed the reviews and have made your choice simply place the items in your basket and move onto the shopping cart (top right hand side of the page) this will take you to three steps entering your details through to check-out.


Q: How do I register an account?
A: It’s Easy; find the supplements you require and click add to basket. Click on View cart / Checkout, this will lead you to the shopping cart. Once you have entered your personal details you will be required to enter a user name of your choice and a password. This can be used later to check past buying history or dispatch status. For future purchases you will be able to simply log on and pay for your goods in 3 simple stages making checkout much swifter.


Q. How do I read and use reviews?
A: Click on the supplement of your choice; then click the review tab. You can enter your own review to help other members find the best supplements in the future.


Q. What do you do with my personal details?
A: At monster Supplements we endeavour to keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail for future e-mail campaigns and athlete newsletters (these can be opted out of at any time)


Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. This will depend on the delivery option that you select. 95% of our orders will be delivered within 48 hours unless you pay for guaranteed next day at £2.99. These will be with you the next working day when ordered before 2.00pm


Q. Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details?
A: It is 100% safe to shop with MonsterSupplements.com. Once you've picked your products and entered your details you are passed on to Velocity Pay secure server page to enter payment details. These details are immediately encrypted and processed. We do not manually process card details through a terminal or store card details on a server. We believe our system to be of the very latest method to date.


Q. What time of day will my order arrive?
A: We use Royal Mail for smaller items such as Capsule products and Creatine up to 1kg. These should arrive with you at your normal “Post Man” delivery time. For larger items over 1kg we use a courier service; they operate between 9.00am and 8.00pm.


Q. Can I have it sent to my work address?, do I need to sign for it?
A: Yes you can, most of customers take advantage of this. Alternatively you can request on the shopping cart for your supplements to be left safe with a neighbour. Yes all items do have to be signed for.


Q. Are all your items in stock?
A: Yes our new website allows us to monitor our stock inventory, if an item is out of stock you will not be able to purchase it.


Q. What if my supplements are smashed up in the post?
A. If you are not 100% happy with your goods upon receipt then please inform us within 48 hours and provide an image. Images must include all of the following shots

  • The shipping label on the box
  • The outside of the box
  • The packaging
  • The amount of powder lost/spilt
  • The product showing any cracks or splits
failure to provide all above images may result in us being unable to fully replace or refund the damaged items received


Q. Can I track my order?
A. Sure. Simply enter your order number and postcode into the track your order on the right hand side of the website. Alternatively login to your user account, select the order you wish to track, and click the track my order button.


Q. Do you have a store I can walk in and purchase my order in person from?
A. Yes, we operate from The Monster Supplements store on New Cleveland Street in Hull. You can pick up your orders or quiz one of our advisors between 9am to 6pm - Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm Saturday.


Q. Do You offer student discount?
