What Prohormone is best for me?

Stacking Prohormones
When using slightly wetter pro-hormones which when combined with a good diet/training regime one may want to add in a compound like Competitive Edge Labs 11-Sterone which is great for hardening up and drying up.
For example Weeks 1-4 M-Drol and Weeks 4-7 Competitive Edge Labs 11-Sterone then PCT
Dietary and Supplement Advice
Assuming a good clean diet is eaten, normally the only advice we would recommend is to increase protein intake to at least 2g of protein per pound of bodyweight. So for a 200lb individual, 400g of protein a day. Given the fact prohormones are all oral in nature, we recommend increasing water intake also and also consider using on cycle support like Competitive Edge Labs Cycle Assist.
Training Advice
As you are taking a powerful prohormone which will rapidly boost muscle mass, training volume should be increased and a progressive overload in weight should try to be added to your workout each week. For example, on bench press, if you can add 1.25-2.5kg on each side of the bar each week then you are progressively overloading your muscles which will help you increase your muscle mass efficiently.
What to do when my Cycle has finished?
When your cycle is finished, it is very important to perform a proper PCT(Post Cycle Therapy). As your body will be in a catabolic state it is a good idea to lower the training volume and increase the weight to keep the gains you have made whilst on cycle. If you were mass gaining and eating above maintenance calories it is important to keep doing this throughout your PCT ,as dropping calories low could result in losing some of the gains you have made.
What do i advise to use for PCT?
For the first time and intermediate cycles I would use;
Competitive Edge Labs PCT Assist which will;
-Help Increase Natural Testosteone Production
-Improved Estrogen Management
-Improve Libido
-Help Preserve Muscle Gains
-Improved Strength, Lean Muscle and Recovery.
I would also use Millenium Sports ZMK for Increased recovery, increased general well being and better quality deep sleep which is vital in PCT, as better recovery through better sleep will help keep your gains.
For the more advanced cycles i would follow the above protocol but also thing about including;
Competitive Edge Labs Formestane ;
The reason for this is that the more advanced pro hormones have a higher chance of converting to estrogen, If your estrogen is too high in PCT it can lead to unwanted side effects so I recommend taking Formestane which has been specifically designed to;
-Reduce excess estrogen in the body by blocking the production of it from the androgenic precursors.
-Boost testosterone levels and libido.
-Help prevent prolactin issues.
It may also be worth including Vitamin C at around 5g spread out throughout the day which can help reduce elevated cortison levels.
Dextrose and Maltodextrin- I recommend Peak Body Maltodextrin post workout and Gaspari Size on Max Performance During Workout.
It is neither a supplement nor a drug, but these carbohydrates have a very high glycemic index and keep Cortisol levels low by increasing endogenous insulin. They also provide excellent energy for heavy workouts. In order to not gain unwanted fat, dextrose and/or maltodextrin should be ingested during your workout and with your post workout shake only.
Always: 50 with workout water and 50-75g with post workout shake
Creatine
The use of Creatine has shown to increase ATP metabolism and cellular water storage among many other things. This is very beneficial because it provides for heightened nutrient storage and a slight increase in anabolism as well as workout stamina. Perfect with dextrose/maltodextrin
I recommend taking 5g either 20mins Pre workout or with your workout shake and a further 10g with your Post workout shake. PhD Creatine and Reflex Creapure offer great value for money high quality creatine!
PCT will last around 1 month, after this the normal rule of thumb is that Time on Cycle + PCT length = Time off before next cycle.
For example, M-Drol Cycle was 6weeks and PCT was 4weeks, so after PCT you should wait 10weeks before going back on cycle again.
Alternative PCT Products you can use will be Gaspari Novadex and Anabolic Extreme Advanced PCT
