“ As with all protein it depends on the flavour, I recommend choc mint, the best I have tasted. When mixed it is very thin and doesn't froth so as a result it doesn't bloat and can be mixed easily with oats or maltodextrin for your post workout shake ”

“ The Berry flavour couldn't be more simple to mix and in literally 30 secs. My friend however stopped buying the Butter Toffee as it was ending up with lumps in it. I use a lot of water and it tastes pleasant, unlike some other makes which are like sloppy wallpaper paste and don't seem to mix. I have used Dymatize for years but stick to Berry and Banana flavours as I find the others leave a horrible aftertaste, but everyone has their own faves. I am happy with my lean muscle and my arms are totally toned, so I would def recommend it. ”

It mixes very easily and tastes really good The butter cream toffee is sweet(ish)but that's fine for me. I even add it to cooked porridge for breakfast - the caramel taste goes really well. ”
