“ I have tried a lot of brands recently. This is without a doubt the worst. Forget effectiveness, value or mixabilitiy, it tastes so awful I couldn't finish a shaker without wanting to be sick. The smell is akin to vomit. Stay away! ”

“ Mixes well in a shaker and promotes lean muscles growth. Used Reflex Instant Whey for years and fancied a change, this tastes nowhere near as nice but seems to work better for me. Therefore taste doesnt matter. ”
