I have just started taking the Dymatize nutrition Micronized creatine product(last 4 days). I have followed the stated guidlines and mixed the creatine with water as stated althogh, it does not mix well and stays stuck to the bottom of the shaker. I have not as yet noticed any positive affects. By when should I notice any affect?

creatine can react different with different people. some people see gain when on the loading phase and some after the loading phase.i would give it upto 2weeks.

Is there a loading phase with this creatine or do u just keep taking it how uve stated.p.s how may servings is there.?
