“ Not sure what the fuss is all about regarding this bar. The protein content is a very low 15g compared with Peak body Mega Pro (MP)50 bars. True the flavour is nice and its cheap compared, but then again you would need to eat 3 bars for every MP 50. ”

“ The 30 percent protien is in line with other brands. You get 24 bars, so this compensates for the fact they are half the size, however check out the sugar content!!! Way more than the protien. I wouldnt go as far as to say these bars are good for you ”

No artificial sweeteners or other rubbish, perfect as a snack or something to eat pre-post workout. So convenient as well, as a student I can just take a couple of these onto Campus with me if I've got a long day. Not to mention, the Toffee Caramel Crunch flavour is fantastic!
