As fat burners go this is one of the best. It will help with thermogenesis, helping to use stored fat as fuel and may help with muscle mainteance when undergoing low cal diets. Hi, never used a fat burner before but this one sounds really good! Is there any side effects e.g. will it make me hyperactive! I have been using Pharma Whey,an recently have bought and finished Micronised Creatine and Superdrol. i have noticed excellent gains and i am now 14 stone 8 pounds from a 11 stone 6 at the start of my rugby season. i am lifting treble the weight i was lifting. i just have this little fat around my hips and belly and wounderered if this product would be benefical but i dont want to lose any of my muscle mass, would this product effect it?

Sorry to ask why do you recommend not too use after 5pm. I my training after work 6pm - 7pm how would I incorporate this into my regime.

I have recently given up smokingand started jogging. The jogging would usually cause me to lose weight but having quit the wed, my appetite has gone mad. Hi Monstersupplements Was just wondering would PhD Lean Degree work well with PhD Synergy. I'm just about to start my Strength Training routine for 4 weeks and was goin to take PhD Synergy on my weight training-days and just take normal whey protein on non-training-days. But i dont want to add alot of weight on, just pure muscle as well as losing fat at the sametime. Ive been using maximuscle thermobol for the last few weeks and had no results at all. I eat 5 small meals a day and no junk. i weight train 3 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week, i also have an active job but despite all this i cant shift the fat around my stomach. if thermobol didnt work do you think this will or am i just naturally a fat bastard.

Hi just brought some pharma whey and lean degree, as boyfriend wanted to make the most of the deal. i have quite an athletic figure and pretty much perfect stomach but have a stubborn layer of fat on my bum and thighs. most of the peple on here seem t be trying to lose the fat on their abs, will it get rid of the stuff on my legs . . . and when combined with the suggested fat loss weights programme on the monster sight how much cardio shold you be doing as it doesnt say.
