Creatine transporters may need 36-48 hours to re-prime. Every other day is fine for monohydrate use. Ideally use post workout with simnple carbs. A high dextrose fruit juice would suffice, or Battery+/-3, also by same company PhD Nutrition. Pre workout water would be fine.
Is this taken pre or post workout on training days? and if on rest day is it taken on morning or at any time?

What flavour is the phd creatine?
This product is un-flavoured. We recommend you adding it to your favourite cordial drink or protein shake.
I currently weigh 118kg so i should start on 7 days of 10g. it then states 10g every second day.. but i worry i will forrget so can i do 5g per day. what effect will this have?

I am taking Parma-whey, 5g of L-Glutamine and 5g of creatine pre and post workout. Would it be more effective to take the creatine with a fruit juice, rather than add it in with the protien shake? I've herd that it is better absorbed if taken with simple sugars. also should i only take this stack on days when i train?

I am currently taking phd pharma whey, i had previously been using cyclone but switched due to the high calories in cyclone. Hi, I'm currently taking PhD Synergy, Phd Methoxy-7-Test, PhD Wired (pre workout), PhD Battery (during and post workout) and PhD Lean Degree. Would it be wise to use this as well as the above products as I know there is already some creatine in some of these... i have never had any problems with this product so i would say it was easy to stomach. if you react badly to creatine naturally im afraid there is no way of diminishing the stomach upsets. it is a very small percentage of people who react badly to creatine however and this is one of the purest monohydrates available so you have the best chance of being ok with this one rather than any other.

yes it can be taken alongside. you cant lose fat and build muscle at the same time./ creatine doesnt affect muscle mass but aids in anaerobic performance. -AC-

Hi iv tried cee caps and creatine malate caps befor and havent noticed much change. Will this make me look fat by carrying water weight around my gut and abs? Also will i put on muscle or will the weight gain just be excess water retention? And would you recomend it? tanx Garreth
hi garreth, no the water retenetion from creatine is inside the muscle predominantly and is barely noticable. creatine doesnt directly affect muscle mass but the increased training capacity it gives will have a direct effect on growth. Best regards -AC-
Hi.. Ive just bought sci-mx omni hardcore from yourselves (great service and delivery time btw) and was wondering if this product would work well with the 'all in one' or will packing too much creatine in my shakes just make my body reject it therefore wasting money??

Hi I currently take PHD synergy on the days I train before my workout and some reflex whey after. Whats the best way of incorporating this creatine. Should I just add 5grams to my protein shake after my workout?
Also I have my shakes with skimmed milk, is it ok to have this creatine with milk or should I use it with water?
hi daryl. you are already getting 3g creatine from the synergy so add 2-3g into your post workout shake. you can have it with milk or water. Best regards -Ac-
Previous to treatment i have had severe Acne.although it has cleared up,i have a good chance of it coming back as i am 16. Will micronised creatine affect my skin ? thanks.
hi craig. it is very unlikely but some people do react in that way to creatine. it only affects free testosterone levels very slightly but if you are prone to severe acne then this could make it workse. Best regards -AC-
