L-Glutamine is a huge favourite within the world of athletics, body building, strength training and any high-intensity activity. 4. Prior to sleep - As the period of sleep may last up to 8-10 hours, use of L-Glutamine prior to sleep may help ensure high intra-muscular levels of the amino acid during the period when catabolism is most likely to occur.

Thanks for your answer, but when you said "You Should not take Glutamine with Synergy. Synergy contain already Glutamine", did you mean don't take it at all, or did you just mean consume them seperately? According to the product directions you can take 20-40grams of Glutamine per day and the Synergy only has 2.6g per serving. Thanks for your help.

there is very little difference. slight differences in quality. the phd is as good as it gets and at a good price so i would recommend it. -AC-


Hi monster, I weight train 3 times a week and do 3 cardio session a week. But right before I start I drink a black coffee, and so was wondering if it would be ok to take the L glutamine in water at the same time. Also, if im only doing 35minutes intense cardio should i take the same dosage before and after as i would on weights day. Thanks for answering all my previous questions to.

Hey guys i was just wondering if my stack is a bit overkill I take diet whey bars and shakes in between meals along with lean degree and cla hmb bcaa and Lglutamine all from PHD I do crossfit 5 times a week for an hour per session with the aim of fat loss with ideally no loss of strength or power and maybe even and increase in strength and power what so you think ?

Hi i have just bought this to help. i weigh about 70kg and 5 ft 10" with a little excess body fat on stomach and hips. i eat approx 160g of protein spread out over 6 meals including phd diet whey. can i mix the l-g with reflex creatine and diet whey before and after weights sessions? i also take lean degree twice a day so will i be ok stacking all these together each day? thanks phil

Hi,i have purchased a 550g tub of glutamine off you,could you tell me iff the blue 10ml scoop inside the tub holds 5grams or 10grams,because im confused as to the ratio of ml to grams.
