According to the product directions you can take 20-40grams of Glutamine per day and the Synergy only has 2.6g per serving. Thanks for your help.

I'm thinking of buying phd L-glutamine, but im unsure of how much your supposed to use, the description says there are 4 "windows of oppertunity" does that mean you take it 4 times a day? if you took the maximum dose 4 times a day that would be 60grams of glutamine per day, is that ok? i also use pharma whey and phd creatine.

But right before I start I drink a black coffee, and so was wondering if it would be ok to take the L glutamine in water at the same time. Hey guys i was just wondering if my stack is a bit overkill I take diet whey bars and shakes in between meals along with lean degree and cla hmb bcaa and Lglutamine all from PHD I do crossfit 5 times a week for an hour per session with the aim of fat loss with ideally no loss of strength or power and maybe even and increase in strength and power what so you think ?

i have just bought this to help. i weigh about 70kg and 5 ft 10" with a little excess body fat on stomach and hips. i eat approx 160g of protein spread out over 6 meals including phd diet whey. can i mix the l-g with reflex creatine and diet whey before and after weights sessions? i also take lean degree twice a day so will i be ok stacking all these together each day?
