Yes Cyclone could be successfully stacked with this product, along with PHD Synergy which is worth checking out, it has less carbs per serving than Cyclone and more protein and it tastes delicious. Cyclone does however contain HMB which is agreat anti catbolic aid, but Synergy counteracts this by including Methoxy-isoflavone which increases protein synthesis and ZMA stack for natural anabolic release. HMB is a metabolite of the amino acid Leucine, which occurs naturally in high amounts in Synergy and any whey protein anyway.

Thank you for your question; After 5 years of training i would recommend you using something more profesional such as Reflex Micro Whey or the PhD Phara Whey. I would also use a Tribulus or Formula X. Keep up the hard work!

Hi paul for lean mass then the synergy would be a good option two shakes will give you 74g of protein, you should be aiming at 1.5g per lb of bodyweight so the answer is can you get the rest from your diet or do you need an additional supplement?

Take one pack daily for 3 consecutive weeks. On training days, take it 30 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take it on an empty stomach, between meals. For best results, cycle this product following a schedule of three weeks on and one week off. This product can be “stacked” with Animal Pak for superior results. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
