Animal M-Stak rounds out the Animal line with a natural anabolic pak. In many respects, Animal M-Stak is similar to its cousin the Animal Stak. Both are highly anabolic supplement paks designed for world-class strength athletes. The Universal M Stak is very strong in Anabolic terms. Depending on your own personality and nature it could give you more aggression and more strength. It has also given some very good muscle gains to our members. You must increase protein intake whilst using it.

Hi monster! I have bought phd synergy, phd pharma gain and this animal m-stak. Just wanted to know when is the best times to have these on training days and non-training days to get the best results. I was thinking on training days have phd synergy 1hr before training followed by m-stak 45mins before training and phd synergy immediately after training. phd pharma gain would be used during the day as a meal replacement or maybe at night before bed? or is that not a good idea? Also do you have the m-stak on a empty stomach with water?
