I'm 16, 17 in a month could i take this? All of the BSN products come with an over 18 statement and i thought that this is probably a extra precution.

Hi, Im quite slim anyway (6ft, 160lbs)and have a fast metabolism. But I am struggling to shift belly weight (on a 3000cal diet), even doing cardio and weights. Are fat burners going to help?..I dont need to lose weight..just fat.

It would have a negative effect on blood pressure, but this does not mean you carnt use it safely, start with a low dose and see how you go. If you are to worried try a stimulent free product.

You can either build muscle or lose bodyfat i would go with the whey protein along with a fat burner and look to pull bodyfat down for the vnext four weeks then move onto a slow lean muscle bulk all winter. thanks

i would recommend taking the thermonex at least 1 hour apart from your no-xplode as the stimulants may be too strong when combining the 2. -AC-

yes the thermonex will stack with them fine. i would recommend taking it first thing in a morning and pre-workout (roughly 1 hour before your no-xplode). -AC-
