Adios is an effective, natural way to help you lose weight Adios tablets are a herbal medicine which helps speed up weight loss by acting on the body's metabolism. Adios contains herbal ingredients derived from Butternut (sometimes known as Juglans), Dandelion Root, Boldo and Fucus. These botanical constituents have been traditionally used in combination, as part of a calorie-controlled diet, to help people lose excess weight.
Adios works by acting on the body's metabolism: it contains a mild thyroid stimulant, which speeds up the body's metabolic rate. In other words, Adios accelerates the rate at which the body converts food stores, e.g. fat, into energy. When used as part of a calorie controlled diet this can lead to a loss in calories and, consequently, a loss in weight.
The purpose of the other active ingredients is to work together to increase this effect through stimulation of the liver. The combination of ingredients that Adios contains has been traditionally found to help people lose excess weight, as part of a calorie controlled diet. Obviously, everyone's body is different and we cannot guarantee how much weight you will lose - however, the key to losing weight with Adios is remembering to take a tablet at each of the stated meal times. As with any sensible weight loss plan, you should try and stick to a calorie controlled diet. Increasing your normal activity levels and exercising more will also help you lose weight.
Butternut
Dandelion Root Dry extract of Boldo Dry extract of Fucus
Not to be taken by children under 16
The magnesium stearate in Adios (which is the only questionable ingredient which could derive from animal) is totally of vegetable origin.
The butternut in Adios, is derived from the bark of the butternut tree, not from the nuts, so it should not present difficulties to those with a nut allergy.
The starch used in Adios is derived from potatoes (not cereals) and is therefore gluten-free.
You should not take Adios if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients, under 16, pregnant
or breastfeeding.
Although we are not aware of any other special patient groups who should avoid using Adios, we recommend that patients suffering from serious medical conditions should consult their doctor or pharmacist before use.
Read and retain the enclosed patient information leaflet. Adults and elderly: Take one tablet three or four times a day at mealtimes as part of a calorie-controlled diet.

I was taking adios for 2 weeks when I had a blood test. It came back that my liver function was not normal. Whilst I was waiting for the results I had stopped taking Adios. I then had a retest and it was fine - could there be a link and am I safe taking them again?
Hi Reba
If thats the case I would not recomend you to take them.

I really want to start takin these pills as im a little overweight, hyperthetically, what would happen if you took these pills if you had an underactive thyroid?
Hi Zoe
Are you taking any medication?
No, im not taking any medication for the underactive thiroid, i just wanted to know what affect it would have on me if i did take adios to help with weight loss, also, im currently on the microgynon birth control pill, is this likely to be affected? thanks
Hi Zoe
I would go see your doctor about the pill your on if you think thats adding to the problem. I would not bother with adios I would go for phd lean degree.
Kind regards
Danny
Am I likely to gain the weight again after I stop using them?
Hi
Not if you stick to a low carb diet.
Kind regards
Dan
Right, thanks...my diet mostly cosists of slim fast bars, bananas, porridge (quaker oats), weight watchers meals, Sainsburys be good to yourself meals, and spaghetti bolognaise/stew on weekends, and i drink lots of tea with semi-skimmed milk...is that high carb?
HI
Yes that is loads of carbs. You should get more protein in you diet and stay away from fast carbs like rice bread ect.
Kind regards
Danny
What part of what I eat contains lots of carbs though? what part should I cut out?...I hardly ever eat bread or rice
the spaghetti and porridge.
kind regards
Hi, i have an underactive thyroid and take thyroxine...can I use Adios? Thanks
Yes this will be fine
I have an underactive thyroid and I am taking thyroxine 75mg daily....you answered someones question in respect of it being ok to take adios alongside this tablet....what sort of diet would I have to follow to successfully lose weight with adios? many thanks
Use a high protein modertate carbohydrate and low fat diet, this will work well.
HI there, do you know if these pills are suitable for type 1 diabetics?
Also, can they be used alongside meal replacement diet that contains a good amount of slow burning carbs and high protein, but little sugar? Thanks Niall
Hi these are fine yes i hope they help you out.
I have been taking lipobind and even though it suppresses my appetite, i have lost no weight and get bad wind and constipation. My friend has gone onto Adios but it states on the pack do not take if you have thryoid, which i have under active, why is this
This can cause increases in thyroid actinity it is there to cover the company, if you get any negaotive effects then cease use immediately
Hi, I have an underactive thyroid and take 125mcg of thyroxine. If I took Adios, would it affect my TSH levels when taking my regular blood check? I am concerned of any "false positive"; i.e. that my bloods would indicate my thyroid level was higher than it would be without the adios.
im not sure how this would react with the medication you are taking. it is best to seek advice from a GP.
What are the effects of taking the pills if you're under the age of 16? Thanks :)
this product mildly speed up your metabolism and helps you burn extra calories. it also contains dandelion root which is a natural diuretic so you may get dehydrated. -AC-
