“ I think this tastes nice - like a melted slush puppy! Great product. Mixes to a luminous 'blood' colour too, which is amusing the first time you use it. Reading the label that if you're over 200lbs, it says take two scoops. Although I weigh about 190, I decided to take the two. Big mistake! Couldn't sleep when I went to bed five hours after drinking it AND after destroying my chest and triceps and 40 minutes of cardio. Will only stick to the one scoop in future. ”
