“ Website says one tab, but bottle says 2 tabs twice a day - meaning 90 tab tub wont last as long as stated. This also means youd need to take 8 reflex ones cos they are half the mg! Not as effective as ephedrine, recommend 4 tabs in one go. ”

I have recently purchased Reflex Instant Whey and Reflex Creapure Creatine, am taking both of them together to put on more muscle, I have a slow metabolism and was thinking of taking Garnell Sida Cordifolia to help me speed up my metabolism system and reduce the fat level, is that a good idea to take all three together, or should I try to speed up my metabolism and loose fat first, and then try to build muscle, can you please help me am really confused.
