i found this to be an extremely useful product whilst bulking. used post training it helped massively with recovery. i took it with BCAA's and whey protein isolate post trianing and noticed great results. i also added it to each of my shakes during the day which gave me the extra calories i needed to put on a good amount of weight. it is a great price and cannot be tasted so can be put into any beverage of choice. overall 4 stars.
