“ Bought this product as a high performance vitamin & mineral pack but now wished i didnt. Each pak contains 11 tablets, some SO big you dont know wether to swollow or place them somewhere else. Impossible to take without at least 2pints of water, bad! ”

“ This is an amazing product, by amazing I mean the best multi-vitamin out there. However, it can be quite pricey, as it can last for about a month and a half if you use one pak a day and 22 days if you use 2 paks a day, so the cost can add up if you buy it on a regular basis. ”
