Is creatamax caps legall for atheletes eg rugby

I am trying to put weight on in the pre-season which is about to approach, however i heard the best time to take capsules are before you actually train, and after. is this the same for this product or shall i stick to the recommended use for maximum effect? if not can u advice me on another one please!

you are probably best just going with a basic creatine monohydrate like phd micronized creatine. then you know exactly what you are taking and that form of creatine is fine within tennis association rules. best regards

powder form is usually better than capsules as no bonding agents are need so it is purer. if your goal is to build muscle then protein is far far more important than creatine and is a vital part of your diet and supplement plan. -AC-

Hi, i am 16 and half years old, i train 5 times a week and take NO Xplode for 3 of these and i consume 3 protein shakes a day. i've decided to take a creatine supplement for the summer. i noticed in the description that this product builds up your natural testosterone levels, will this have an undesired side effect on me because i am still growing?
hi harry, the maximuscle creatamax caps will affect your test levels to such a small degree that it will not affect you in any way. there are no studies showing that creatine has more than a tiny effect on test levels and in most people they are not affected in this way at all. Best regards -AC-

Dear Pol, You can take with either water or fruit juice it would still work the same way. Yes if you forget to take in an afternoon you could take on a night, however do try and take at the same time daily. Dave
