“ I think this is a very reasonable protein powder. i noticed some results after 4 weeks and for its price, you cant go wrong really. however, its doesnt really mix that well and has a plain taste, but for its price, a very good powder for a budget. ”

Hi im currentlty takin two mega mass shakes a day and also bcaa caps before and after my workouts looking at how many amino acids are in the shakes can you be taking too much?
