“ Bought this in Vanilla flavour, says to add 3 scoops to the mixture but unless you have a blender at hand will taste although and creamy, suggest 2 scoups. Although good value and has helped me gain atleast 4 lbs in 2 weeks along with creatine. ”

Hiya, im going to start on the boebinzer labs dianabol and stanazil stack in a few months i was just wondering what would you stack with it? I was thinking synergy in the morning, No Explode pre work out, which mass gainer would you go for? And how much would you up your protein by on the dianabol? Cheers.

Hi i would go for 1.5-2g of protein per lb of bodyweight, the Mass is a good option make sure your calories are nice and high when using the boebinzher stack, thanks
So the normal 1 n half to 2 grams of protein 2 or 3g of carbs will suffice even if im taking the dianabol and stanazil stack? And which did you say the best mass gainer was? Is this one 2401 calories per serving? Sorry for all the questions i just want to get it right because im going to order in bulk, cheers.
Yes 2g of protein and 3g of carbs per lb of bodyweight is fine, this is a qualty weight gainer also met rx size up is worth a look, thanks

Hi it is imperative that you use this immediately after training, a half serving an hour before training is also beneficial if you have not had a meal within two hours of training
