“ Bought another tub but strawberry flavour this time, Strawberry is amzing..... It taste like a Mcdonalds shake but high in protein and very low in fat, there are carbs but they are healthy for good energy pre work out. I take it for breakfast. YUM!!! ”

i would recommend a lower calorie shake like the pure protein IGF or phd pharma blend as this is way too high on the carbs and calories to be used whilst dieting. -AC-

this product is best taken in between meals or before bed. you need a fast acting whey for after a workout. -AC-
