“ Bought another tub but strawberry flavour this time, Strawberry is amzing..... It taste like a Mcdonalds shake but high in protein and very low in fat, there are carbs but they are healthy for good energy pre work out. I take it for breakfast. YUM!!! ”

“ Great tasting shake! I've used Maximuscle cyclone, promax, progain etc and this BY FAR tastes the best (Esp when mixed with milk) However very large servings so value for money is not great but for pure taste this is class! ”

I brought a 5kg tub about 2 months ago, and have seen some muscle gain but i feel this is too high in calories for me as i feel in myself that i have put on some weight around the belly, is there anything else that you can advise me to get that will help me gain muscle as well as keeping the calorie count down?
Dear Alex, I would advise just to get a whey protein instead of the muscle fuel and consume 2-3 times per day. This will be more suitable for you. You can keep the muscle fuel in there but just have it post workout when you need calories and sugar to help with the gylcogen breakdown Kind Regards Dave

Hi guys, I am trying to find something for my boyfriend as a 24/7 chef doing 16 hour days, his weight is getting lower by the minute and his body is starting to eat away at his muscles. I am trying to find one that is right as his work out physically (cardio) is his job on his feet all day but doesnt do muscle training. He is not wanting to be massive, but with no eating sometimes for a few days running, I wanted something quick and easy to help his body recover from his job and help his muscles repair and his body not eat away at the muscles. If you could recommend anything to do, meal replacements etc it would be great! Thanks
