CNP have released Pro Peptide as a supplement designed to combine the highest quality proteins at a critical ratio. Pro Peptide has been used by our Monster Team at a vartiety of different times. Some take it before bed because of its slow release protein capability; others have taken Peptide as protein to help fight catabolism when doing morning cardio sessions - because of its L-Glutamine content. Pro Peptide is a versatile supplement that can be used for a variety of purposes. The tast is great; my personal favourite being Chocolate. The mixability is not the best, but the quality of protein and taste make up for this downside to Pro Peptide. TasteMixability“ Pro Peptide is a very good source of protein, 40+ grams per serving, which is good compared to the 25/30 you get from most. The taste of the choc is quite a good flavor but it doesn't mix too well, but overall i am impressed with the product so far. ”

EffectivenessValueEase of UseQualityTasteMixability“ I HATE this stuff. The only way you can get it to mix is in a blender. There's no point trying to get it to mix in a shaker. I've tried adding ice cubes, warm water, leaving it for 15 mins,adding small amounts of powder at a time, everything and I still end up chugging down massive lumps of powder. I can't comment on how good it is as a protein cause I haven't been able to stomach drinking it. Only any good if you work from home or have a blender near you all day. ”

After trying some dozen or so products in total I keep coming back to this one as there are noticable gains in lean muscle mass and strength. I would highly recommend to anyone especically strawberry but not the chocolate. ”
