“ Coming up to the end of the 240 cap supply, muscles feel more solid and more defined, moved up in weight slightly and can definatley work out for longer. Not really over the top with supplement stacking, just been on protein shakes for a while and needed that little extra boost, taking 8 of these a day with 2-3 reflex instant whey protein shakes and a solid diet i have definatley noticed a difference in my body and my workout. Had no side effects except from the odd bloatness but i think drinking 3-4 litres a day may answer why. great product will carry on taking these. ”

Can this product be taken just before and just after training
you are best off taking one serving in the morning before a meal and one serving in the afternoon or evening prior to a meal,if you use them close together your body will waste alot of it.my training partner has just used creatine e2 morning and nite and found them good.


I am somewhat new to the training business and am looking to increase muscle power, training ability, overall endurance, recovery time and overall muscle size (in conjunction with focused exercise of course). Having undertaken some research I am looking to try Creatine (and possibly Whey Protein (need to do some additional research) - Cyclone unfortunately too expensive for me personally) and was convinced that I needed a powder (i.e. loading dose, maintenance dose and break) before stumbling across these capsules (especially appealing as I am not a fan of powder drinks). However, as a novice with very little insight would these be suitable for me or would I be better off sticking to a bog standard powder? Furthermore, what are the principle differences between these capsules and the standard powder - all the numbers and proposed doses seem different and therefore confusing. Additionally, does the loading / break business still apply? What would be a nice complementary supplement for these to facilitate speedier recovery between sessions? Hi there, i took cnp pro creatine E2 at the stated dose of 4 caps twice daliy. and about 1/2 an hour after taking them i felt really energetic and to be honest as high as a kite i also had bowel problems to is this because i'am taking to much? I was wondering if a 220lb guy was to use the stated dose of 8 caps a day then surely it must be less for a 165lb guy like myself? One other thing i noticed is that the 4 caps(1 serving) of this creatine contains 2000mg of CEE and other brands contain about 750mg or less per serving , why is this? thank you for your time and knoledge dom

I would opt for the Cre 02 by M.S.T as this in my opinion would provide the best gains in size and strength.

So i was thinking of taking my first four tablets along with my morning protein shake at 7.30am, and then the other 4 at 10.30am after training along with my post workout shake. Would this be better? on non training days ill take them as stated on the pot.

Why the enthasis on drinking 8 glasses of water per day,if like said it does not cause cramps or dehydration.when its a fact that dehydration can significantly improve chances of cramp....?

Dear Alex, There arent any bad side effects associated with creatine and it wouldnt cause any harm. The reason that we say 4 weeks on 4 weeks of is because your body can get accustomed to the creatine your putting in which in return will mean your results will fade after a while. Dear Alex, The best way to use any creatine is taking it around training times. Creatine is naturally broken down in the muscle when training with weights. For this you need to load the muscle with extra creatine stores and then post workout creatine is replenished through taking the supplement again. Dave
