Product Highlights:

- Pre-Workout Supplement for Bodybuilders

- Increased Training Intensity & Focus

- Great Flavour

- New Improved Formula

MusclePharm Assault is the most researched pre-workout out there because we are a company of athletes. We want to feed our bodies the best and pass our expertise on to other athletes. Multiple studies prove that 1 serving helps increase strength, aerobic and anaerobic performance. Assault meets NSF and Informed Choice product standards and is safe for kidney and liver function, even in chronic use cases. Superior Ingredients, Super Results.

Con-cret: Assault is the only pre-workout formula to use this clinically-proven and patented version of creatine. Astragin: Patented ginseng extract, lowers blood glucose levels, increases creatine/arganine absorption and ATP production. Cinnulin: Heightens absorption of creatine, arginine, vitamins and other ingredients launch directly into muscles. (*Both workhorse substances also burn body fat while adding muscle, for a leaner, fuller physique.) BCAAS: "Concentrated" formulas hit hard, then leave you hanging. Our patent-pending ratio promotes stronger recovery and lean muscle mass. NO 1,3-Dimethylamine: Forget that quick high, crashes always follow. You need nutrients, NOT some stimulant like 1,3 Dim.

The complete nutrient package: Hardcore athletes who take a full scoop of Assault get the benefits of 4g of Beta-Alanine, 5g of creatine from the superior forms of creatine found in Creapure Creatine (over 3g) and Con-Crete, 1.5g Citrulline Malate, 6g BCAA, carbohydrates, vitamins, and our High Performance Energy & Intensity Amplifier blend. Stay focused and blasting from the start to the very last set. Prepare to assault the gym. Pre-performance amplifier clinically proven to enhance: Performance: Strength/Power/Endurance. Focus: Energy/Intensity without the crash. Muscle building: Lean muscle mass/decrease body fat. Safety: Proven safe on kidney & liver function/ NSF certified. Notice: Powder density may be affected by settling which may cause variations in the scoop serving size and fill levels from bottle to bottle.

“ Third pre workout drink i have tried having previously used Jack 3D and BSN No-Explode. Personally i don't think Muscle Pharm Assault has given me as much energy/boost as either of the others, taste is ok and it does mix well in a shaker but not in a normal glass like the other two will. Personally i will be trying something else or going back to Jack 3d which i find gives a better boost and is also cheaper. ”

“ Tried a few different pre-work out shakes - the main ones I have used are Neurocore and Jack3d. This is definitely up there with both, if not slightly surpassing them. With this you get a much more definite boost of energy, bigger and better pump and a longer lasting effect. There is much less of the 'prickly' feeling that you get from others and certainly a much more comfortable come down. One negative is that scoop sizes are quite big and there are some very slight lumpy/chalky bits left in. Definitely try it out, especially at this price!! ”

“ In the interests of efficiency: Pros (1) it is remarkably palatable for a pre-workout supplement, (2) there are a range of flavours, which stretches the novelty of the product, (3) its effects are apparent, and gradual. This is important, as it motivates you to workout. And workout hard. Cons: (1) the recommended/required portion sizes are large, eroding the perceived value of the product (fewer servings than anticipated). (2) Like most pre-workout supplements, it requires a solid constitution. Unfortunately, on occasion the induced stomach delicacy disrupted my workout. (3) Although I consider the gradualness a plus, it may frustrate more impatient trainers. Overall: this is a product that works, and the diversity of flavours has encouraged me to repurchase. ”

“ As a huge advocate of pre-workout products in general, and a connoisseur of sorts, I was looking forward to trying Muscle Pharm Assault. The first thing to note is that part of Muscle Pharm's marketing campaign is a 'Safe and Effective' product. This is really what Assault has going for it. I've tried several pre-workouts that have contained somewhat questionable ingredients, and left me feeling somewhat unhealthy after use. On occasion this is from over-dosing of caffeine (while megadoses of caffeine have been examined and proved beneficial before exercise), there is no need for 4-500mg. A full serving of Assault has 350mg and this is enough to give you a nice buzz, without a huge crash. For value, the 736g serving size is fairly standard, but the suggestion of using a half and full serving means there is some variability depending on how you feel. If you can get away with half a scoop, still enjoy a bit of pep and recieve 2.5g creatine, 3g BCAA and 2g beta alanine, then this represents good value for money. Even with a full scoop, it's better than most. The taste and colour of Arctic Raspberry flavour definitely leaves most other pre-workouts in the dust. The flavour is not overpoweringly strong, or too heavily reliant on sweeteners. There is an almost bitter aftertaste, which is presumably from the caffeine. In whole the taste is fantastic. The only slight issue with Assault is mixability. Assault has a tendency to foam up slightly, and can leave slightly under an inch of foam on top of your drink. Personally I don't mind this, it's kindof like a workout cappucino, but for some this may be annoying. As with most preworkouts, the creatine does tend to sink to the bottom, so a few good stirs before finishing it off is standard. In all, Assault ticks a lot of boxes. It is more toward the premium end of the market, but still represents good value. The lack of sketchy stimulating ingredients is a positive, you can be sure that you can take Assault long term without any dangers to your health. The flavour is fantastic, a big selling point. Moreover, for those who are using an intermittent fasting schedule as has recently become popular, the 5g BCAA, Creatine and low calorie content mean that this may be an ideal pre-workout for 'fasted' training. Overall I recommend this product to those seeking something that will do the job, without being overpowering. ”

“ I really rate this product highly. I'll be concise with this review and get the important points down. Taste - This flavour is brilliant, it mixes very nicely with no lumps of powder and mixes in about 30 seconds of shaking. Easy to clean out and doesn't leave you bloated which I have had sometimes with other products. It really gives you a fantastic pump that you feel within the designated 20-30 minutes. My lifting definitely became more concise, controlled and powerful. I got the impression it helped me focus my mind, I found I was becoming distracted far less but that could be a placebo effect. Value for money this is excellent as you only take it on training days. I do 2 days on 1 day off and I still have some left over a month later. It doesn't effect digestion or make you over dehydrated. It just gives the results it promises of a good pump, ease of use and fantastic flavour. Its high BCAA mixture helped me cut significatly without losing size. I lost 4% body fat in a month without going down on the scales. I had to keep a very tight diet however. I couldn't recommend this product more, it did what it says on the tin without fail and is a stand out in the pre-workout market of supplements. Cheers monster supps! ”

“ Ive had this product for around a month now im im very surprised at how good it actually is, and how well it works! I used Jack3d before it was banned, aswell as other preworkouts. This has to be one of the best. I always get a pump and leave the gym feeling ive worked my hardest! The fruit punch tastes like Calpol cough medicine, not the best tasting but still easy to down ready for the gym! Will definatly buy again! ”

“ What can i say, been a pre workout junkie for quite sometime, tried almost all well known pre workouts but this one is my favorite! on the basis of pure energy it doesnt compete with any of the heavier stimulant based ones such as the old jack3d or the new Craze but it does give you a substantial amount of energy and drive without the seriously nasty crash compared to those products it finds the perfect balance of energy and focus without any nasty crashes. today was my first time on assault and i usually do 80kg on bent over rows but today i did a good 8 reps on 90kg after assualt, so its a winner on strength gain too! it has a very sweet taste, but is a very artificial sweet but an easy pre workout to drink none the less and mixes well. it has a great packaging and looks like a worthy supplement added to my stack! only issue making it not a 10/10 for me is the value, it isnt particularly pricey but one scoop is pretty big and where as most pre's would last a month this will last 2-3 weeks based on how often you go to the gym! its a great product and i would recommend it to anyone who struggles with pre workout crashes. Also i have a high tolerance to pre's but still found i had a good buzz on this after a 2 months break from pre's! any pre-workout lover has to give this product a go at least once you wont be disappointed. ”

“ A very good pre-work drink, easily up there with the now banned jack3d which was awesome. Great focus and energy and no crash, just slightly lacks in the pump department compared with N.O Xplode. Been using this for both functional training and weightlifting and its been just as effective. At £25 a go it is well worth adding to your supplement list. ”

“ Great pre-workout drink. Like Carnage it gives you a bit of a buzz. Thoroughly recommend it to those who do cardio based sports such as MMA,boxing or Rugby as this stuff really boosts your endurance. My only gripe with it is that it doesn't mix as well as other powder based drinks. Besides that I think it's the best pre-workout drink I've either had.Safe and effective. Try stacking it with Carnage...trust me you won't be dissappointed ”

“ The taste is good and mixes well with a shaker ball, it definitely provides a stamina boost allowing a longer more and intense workout. The downside I found was a far weaker energy boost in comparison with alternative pre-workout supplements. If like myself you welcome the itch and buzz then maybe something more along the lines of grenade calibre may suit you better. ”

“ I've bought this as my 4th pre-workout as I don't like to use the same one for longer period of time in case my body will get used to it. First thing:The scoop is huge in compare to other products. Taste and mixability is great but overall effect wasn't that great for me. That's only my personal experience and it may work well for others. So far the best product for me was Critical Workout from Applied Nutrition. ”

Customer Questions
  • "Hi can you tell me if I can stack this with the ronnie Coleman pro antium as both products contain creating and if I can use them together what is the best way to take them thanks a lot matt"
Hi Matt. I don't think the amount of Creatine in those would be detrimental, 10g a day I would say is enough. Between those I don't believe it's exceed that. Regards
  • "As this is caffeine free, and I able to cycle this for a month then a pre workout with stimulants like jack or no explode for a month then back to the assault for a month and so on for alternate months? "
Hi J. It is not caffeine free, not sure where you got that from as caffeine is on the ingredients list.
  • "Hi, can I stack this product with USN Creatine X4 or will I end up with an excess of creatine and so be wasting the creatine pills? Also, how many grams of BCAA's should be taken on top of this amount or is it enough in itself? Thanks very much"
Hi Adam. The amount of creatine in the assault isn't really enough to maintain saturation. 5g -10g is ample so work it out from there with the pills. I would say the product has plenty of BCAAs within it. Regards
  • "Hi, Do you know if you have to actually drink a gallon of water does it really matter cause i only drink a few glasses a day."
Hi Oliver, A few glasses a day? That sounds dangerous! I would strongly recommend you drink more than that on a daily basis, for MANY reasons. Personally I drink a few glasses per hour (which isn't hard whatsoever). Regards
  • "Can you tell me the creatine content in grams if possible. Im comparing this to N.O Explode. Thanks"
Hi Gavin, Unfortunately not as it's a blend. Monster
  • "Hi, I currently take two servings of PHD synergy throughout the day. One before training and one after but im looking for a pre-workout supp to give me an boost. Is assault okay to use with PHD? and when should i take the PHD and Assault? cheers!"
Hi Ben, Thank you for your question. Yes these would be great to stack together. I would take your serving of PhD Synergy Iso7 60-90 minutes pre-workout and the Muscle Pharm Assault 20 minutes prior to training. Best regards, Jack Gray.
  • "Hi, I am currently on a high-intensity rowing program and was wondering if you had any thoughts of my projected supplement use. MP ASSAULT prior to 3 weights sessions a week, backed up by BSN Amino-X and MP Recon (Intra and Post) after long endurance sessions on the water/machine. I also use Syntha-6 as my base protein, only taken on occasion when I fail to eat enough. Cheers "
Hi Duncan, That sounds excellent to me, all bases covered supplement wise. Just smash the training now! Train insane Monster
  • "When will this be back in stock? "
Hi kevin, We should be getting more in stock shortly. Monster
  • "I am currently taking USN muscle fuel anabolic, just want to know if taking assault as a pre-workout and the muscle fuel anabolic as post-work out will combine well together. Thanks"
Hi Ryan, Assault is a Pre workout, so yes, Assault Pre and MFA Post would be ideal Best Regards, Josh
  • "Is this still the old Assualt version ?"
Hi Loegan, This isn't the new version. Please go to: http://monstersupplements.com/store/p/5928/1/ which is the new version (30.12.13). Monster
