Hi, I am looking at Reflex instant whey and instant mass. My aims are to increase strength and power primarily for rowing, which is my main sport. I was considering instant whey initially, however I am having problems gaining weight at the moment. How much weight would instant mass put on? I want to increase weight through increased muscle size and am concerned that I will gain a fair amount of fat, which is obviously not usefull for rowing. Is this true? I am currently 75Kg and would like to be about 80 - 85Kg, but with no more fat (about 10 - 12%). Could you advise on best solution? Yours James Smail

If you have a fast metabolism then go for the Instant Mass, it doesn't contain too many simple sugars and won't stack on the fat. If you gain fat/weight easy then opt for the Whey. Both add muscle fast.

I have just brought the Reflex instant mass and the directions are to take 5 measures. That surely can’t be 5 cup fulls with the scoop provided? I have noticed and line about 8-10mm up from the bottom of the scoop. Does that indicate 1 measure and if so does that mean one scoop is 5 measures? If you could get back to me as soon as that would be very grateful as I want to start using it as soon as. Thank you very much for your time and help. Rich

As you know I have brought your "instant mass" and I am not impressed. As you say you need to use 5 scoops, which I think is a lot, I only used 2 and a half as it says you can do also. Yet when it is mixed in a mixer bottle, all of the heavier powder or nutrients or what ever it is, sinks to the bottom and Im left with a thick powdery substance at the bottom. Not very impressed. Please tell me that I am doing something wrong because I do not want to have wasted all that money on a product that doesn’t mix at all.

Hi I have a high metabolism I train regularly and hard, I am trying to build size and gain weight I have been taking for the past 2 months Dymatize mega gainer, I have seen a result but seemed to have hit a wall with gaining weight. Is this shake suitable for a post workout supplement? It says its very low glycemic index, which i understand is beneficial at other times of the day, but do i not want an insulin spike post workout? Please explain as im very confused!!

Was wondering if to take Reflex Instant Mass after training is enough on its own? Or do i have to take other supplements also, taking into consideration i am still in my rugby season, so not doing pre-season weights at the minute, more maintenance work. Patrick

Hello. I am training 3 times a week - lunch time. At the moment I take Instant Whey before and after the workout with food as well as an hour before bedtime (everynight just a shake).
