Hi. Im 16 and regulary weight train. Would this be safe for me, do i need it cos bodybuilding puts big strain on the joints. my elbows have been acheing after a heavy arm sesion 4 a while, any advice. Thanks dudes. Regards

My mother has been advised to take glucosamine for a bad knee, she advised me to go for a vegetarian type rather than shellfish variety. These dont state what they are.

Hi, recently when i have been training i have been getting a bit of pain in the bone in my left arm (ulna i think). Will this glucosamine help?
Hi Tim yes this will help if it is joint pain that you are experiencing, use this and add some EFA's and that will hopefully solve the problem, thanks
