I currently take cnp pro mass and smart tech creatine, i was wondering if bcaa's can be taken with them? i was also looking at taking l-glutamine aswell. the pro mass already says it contains amino acids though.

Have these got a nutritional breakdown anywhere? Need to know if they contain protein and if so any calories? Need to keep an eye on my intake as put on fat very easily!
there is no nutritionaly breakdown, their breakdown is leucine, iso-leucine and valine, that is what they are. they are pure branch chained amino acids, they dont contain carbs or protein because they are part of the building blocks of protein. they physically cannot be stored as fat.
