Having tried the original No Shotgun i was extremely keen to see what improvements had been made upon an already good product.....the improvements can clearly be seen to take this good product into an amazing product! The pumps gained from an arms session on this were quite literally skin tearing, so much blood was coursing through my veins indicating that vital nutrients were being shuttled aroung my body. I would highly reccomend this product to anyone hitting a plateu in their training and who needs a kick up the preverbial!
