Hi there,you advised me lately that a good protein shake was the best for me to start off with!,i bought prolab pure whey and someone has told me that it will make me put on weight(fat)could you tell me if and when i should be taking the shake I.E every day or only on workout days, and whats the difference between weight gain and protein shake. i am currently working out 3 times a week mon,wed,sat for about 1-1.5 hour on the weights,then 20-30 lengths in the pool, all together about 6 hours aweek. kind regards ian

pro lab are a good company and their products are of great quality. my personal preferance is the pharma whey but you should see similar results with the prolab. best regards
